Certification Details ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support BLS - Basic Life Support NIH Stroke Certification Job Details SICU RN Required : - ACLS, NIH, Strong Cardiac Experience with IABP, Impella and CRRT with Prismaflex. - 2 yrs experience Interpretation & management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, blood product administration; Diagnoses include : acute ventilator need, COVID with high O2 demand, DKA, severe sepsis, unstable GI bleed, trauma cases, open heart recovery, TAVR recovery, s / p code blue, multi system organ failure, need for CRRT. Start date : ASAP Ratios : 1 : 2-3 (Ratios will be appropriate to skill level and acuity during required float) First-timers accepted : Yes Weekend REQ : Every other Is on-call REQ? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes Open to accommodating block schedule?
