Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced EDI/Order Entry, Shipping, and Routing Coordinator to efficiently manage and process customer orders. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely entry of orders into our system.
Key Responsibilities:
- EDI Order Processing: Possess knowledge of EDI order processing, including basic EDI documents such as 850, 860, 856, 810, 753, 754, and 997. Interpret raw data and utilize this information effectively.
- UPC/SKU Entries: Create and maintain UPC/SKU entries in the GXS catalog, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Warehouse and Shipping Coordination: Allocate and coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to guarantee proper and timely shipments.
- Retail TMS Systems: Have familiarity with various retail TMS systems and understand how to submit purchase orders for routing and obtain shipping instructions.
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Order Issue Resolution: Report and resolve incoming order issues in collaboration with the sales department.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Multitasking: Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Order Entry and Customer Service: Proven experience in order entry, customer service, or a related field.
