Counselor III (LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC) Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or master's degree in counseling, or marriage and family therapy required.
- Valid State of Ohio LPC, LSW, LISW, LPCC with two (2) years of paid full-time experience in the field of chemical dependency, mental health or adolescent treatment, or equivalent required.
