Patient Access Representative Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical and administrative activities related to admissions at Maryhaven.
- Conferring with internal and external contacts to maintain maximum capacity.
- Determines admissibility, financial responsibility, and availability.
- Prepares records and other required data.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associates degree or higher in a behavioral science preferred.
- 1 year of experience in social services or equivalent education and experience preferred.
- A valid State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or higher-level licensure preferred.
