Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including pain management interventions.
- Perform routine assessments and document patient progress in electronic health records.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing or behavioral health preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems..
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining current nursing practices.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.
