And lastly, the team at Maryhurst Renewal partners with children, adults and families who are hurting to find the right combination of support, ultimately clearing barriers to success at home, at school, and in the community. Renewal provides one-on-one, group and family counseling in office, home or school-based settings.
The Development Associate is responsible for managing the department database, gift processing and acknowledgement, donor prospecting and reporting, aiding in special events and other fundraising activities, and working collaboratively with the Business Office on various accounting issues. The Develop Associate supports the Community Engagement Associate with tracking intra-agency donation requests and filling them. They will assist with fundraising events, office administrative tasks, such as office supply management and organizing meeting minutes/agendas, and annual fund activities.
After an initial onboarding period, this role can be tailored to include a hybrid work structure.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED with two or more years of experience in providing administrative support preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered. Experience using computer software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience working with a donor database such as Raiser’s Edge preferred.
