Engage a highly skilled contractor with expertise in trauma-informed care, curriculum development, and community building to develop and deliver a comprehensive curriculum specifically focused on community and gun violence and suicide prevention. The curriculum will prioritize emotional safety, mutual support, and collaboration, equipping community members, staff, families, and youth with essential skills to recognize, respond to, and support themselves and others in building resilience and support networks. This individual will collaborate with other sector experts to design this curriculum.

- Tier 1:Advanced training for organizational leaders responsible for implementing, modeling, and sustaining trauma-informed practices. This will focus on leadership and organizational strategies for fostering resilience, psychological safety, and healing in a professional setting, with a specific emphasis on addressing community and gun violence and suicide prevention.
- Tier 2:Foundational training for all other participants (community members, families, youth, and staff), focusing on fundamental concepts of trauma awareness, resilience-building strategies, and the importance of emotional and physical safety within communities. This tier will include specific modules on recognizing, preventing, and responding to community and gun violence and suicide.

- Advise on theoretical and practical models that support training model.
- Integrate culturally relevant frameworks and strategies that resonate with the diverse demographics of the community.
- Design systems to evaluate the success and impact of the training, including tracking participant progress, retention of knowledge, and changes in community behavior.
