The purpose of this contract is to engage a highly skilled contractor with expertise in trauma-informed care, curriculum development, and organizational health to develop and deliver a comprehensive curriculum. This curriculum will focus on fostering a trauma-resilient community culture and enhancing organizational health. It will prioritize emotional safety, mutual support, and collaboration, equipping community members, staff, families, and youth with essential skills to recognize, respond to, and support themselves and others in building resilience and support networks. The contractor will collaborate with other sector experts to design this curriculum.

- Tier 1:Advanced training for organizational leaders responsible for implementing, modeling, and sustaining trauma-informed practices. This will focus on leadership and organizational strategies for fostering resilience, psychological safety, and healing in a professional setting, with a strong emphasis on enhancing organizational health.
- Tier 2:Foundational training for all other participants (community members, families, youth, and staff), focusing on fundamental concepts of trauma awareness, resilience-building strategies, and the importance of emotional and physical safety within communities. This tier will integrate principles of trauma-informed care to support overall organizational health.

- Collaborate with a team of experts to develop a comprehensive training model. Provide suggestions and planning for the development of guides, handouts, exercises, assessments, case studies, and multimedia content.
- Design engaging and interactive content to ensure active participation and deep learning, including reflection activities, group exercises, and real-world applications of trauma-informed practices.
- Advise on theoretical and practical models that support training model.
- Integrate culturally relevant frameworks and strategies that resonate with the diverse demographics of the community.
- Design systems to evaluate the success and impact of the training, including tracking participant progress, retention of knowledge, and changes in community behavior.
Trauma-Informed Care, Organizational Health -
- Proof of in-depth knowledge of trauma-informed care, including its principles, theories, and strategies for creating safe environments.
- Demonstrated ability to design training focused on emotional safety, mutual support, collaboration, and resilience-building - for professional settings and broader community engagement.
- Experience with integrating community healing practices and resilience strategies.
