Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Concierge to provide an exceptional guest experience by assisting clients with their needs, inquiries, and special requests. As the first point of contact, you will ensure that guests receive top-tier hospitality services, whether at a hotel, luxury residence, or corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, friendly, and professional first impression.
- Assist guests with reservations for restaurants, transportation, entertainment, and other services.
- Offer information on local attractions, events, and points of interest.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Arrange tours, spa appointments, tickets, and special event bookings as requested.
- Maintain a record of guest requests and ensure follow-up for satisfaction.
- Handle package deliveries, luggage assistance, and valet services if required.
- Provide recommendations tailored to guests' preferences and interests.
- Stay updated on local and hotel/resort policies, events, and exclusive deals to assist guests effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Concierge, Front Desk Agent, or Guest Services Representative is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain professional under pressure.
