Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry/Customer Service/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves accurately entering and managing data, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:Data Entry:
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of data and correct any errors.
  • Organize and manage electronic files and records.
  • Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management.
Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and refunds.
Administrative Support:
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting.
  • Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Conduct research and compile information as required.
  • Support other team members with clerical tasks to improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
