Key Responsibilities of a Entry Level Account Manager:
- Understand each customer's unique needs and tailor solutions that highlight the benefits of our products, services, and enrollment process.
- Gather and analyze customer data to recommend products or services to management.
- Contribute to team success by supporting office goals and ensuring efficient operations.
- Foster customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building with customers and other Entry Level Account Managers, and in-depth knowledge of our offerings.
- Communicate with empathy and sincerity while efficiently processing customer orders.
- Use available tools and strategies to proactively address customer needs, aiming for a seamless resolution on first contact.
- Meet and surpass performance metrics set by Senior Management, including customer satisfaction, sales results, quality standards, compliance, and productivity within the Entry Level Account Manager department.
Qualifications We Seek for our Ideal Entry Level Account Manager:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or active pursuit preferred.
- Demonstrated success in customer service and consultative sales roles.
