Overview

As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service at our ready-mix concrete supplier company, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the efficient operation of our supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Provide accurate information about ready-mix concrete types, applications, and pricing.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company’s order management system.
  • Provide guidance to customers on selecting the appropriate concrete mix for specific projects.
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting related to product applications or delivery concerns.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Basic computer skills.
