Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Provide accurate information about ready-mix concrete types, applications, and pricing.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company’s order management system.
- Provide guidance to customers on selecting the appropriate concrete mix for specific projects.
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting related to product applications or delivery concerns.
