Job Description :
Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for a Lead Electrician located at our ECI-Cogeneration facility in Westover, MD. This position will perform or assist in electrical and electronic installation, fabrication, calibration, maintenance and repair of electrical / electronic control and monitoring equipment used for a variety of environmental projects. Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of VFD controls. Proficient in performing PLC maintenance and repair and / or write logic to programming.
Estimated Pay Range :
58,444.70 - $80,361.47

Minimum Requirements :
Graduation diploma from a high school or possession of a GED equivalency certificate plus 7 (seven) years' experience performing installation, fabrication, repair, and maintenance of electrical / electronic equipment with 2 (two) years' experience directing or supervising staff.
Formal schooling from an accredited vocational school with a major in a related field may be substituted for experience. Education may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for up to 3 (three) years of required experience.
