Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing front-of-house operations while also supervising snack bar services at our golf course, pool, and beverage carts. This hands-on leadership position includes stepping in as Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and maintain excellence in front-of-house operations.
- Oversee snack bar operations at the golf course and pool, including on-course beverage carts.
- Act as MOD, ensuring smooth, efficient service in the Food and Beverage Department when needed.
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years in a management role, preferably in a private club or upscale hotel.
- Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
- A strong drive to deliver exceptional member service.
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand or walk for 8 hours, perform physical tasks (bending, pushing, pulling), and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Proficient in computer skills, including catering software, POS systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- A polished, professional appearance that reflects our premier club environment.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a well-compensated hourly position (40-45 hours per week) that includes a full benefits package such as health, vision, simple IRA, vacation time, complimentary meals, and educational allowances. We pride ourselves on fostering a safe, secure, and harassment-free work environment.
