General purpose : Program Managers (PM) serve in a leadership position within the MICA Program Board (MPB), and support the planning and implementation of major campus programs on behalf of the Center for Student Engagement (CSE). This position will begin in mid-August and end the day after Commencement.
Summary of Essential Functions
- Program Manager are part-time, 5-8 hour per week student staff members in the Center for Student Engagement and are hired for a 1 year commitment
- The MICA Program Board consists of three committees, each co-chaired by two Program Managers who oversee the planning, marketing, and implementation of a minimum of 6 events per year
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Co-facilitate bi-weekly committee meetings (1 hour during every other staff meeting)

Program Managers are expected to attend mandatory trainings in fall and spring, as outlined below :
Following Fall Training, all Program Managers are expected to support Fall Orientation.
