What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator/Marketing Specialist position at Maryland Masonic Homes?
The Grand Lodge of Maryland located in Cockeysville, Maryland has a immediate need for a full-time (70 hours bi-weekly) for a Project Coordinator/Marketing Specialist. This candidate will report directly to the Grand Secretary who will assigned projects and workflow.
The idea candidate must have the following skill set:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage production requests for internal and external marketing
- Maintain website content management
- Create flyers, brochures, certificates, and other print media as required
- Maintain social media presence
- Create and implement social media marketing campaigns
- Create weekly email blasts for member subscribers
- Assist with meeting planning and implementation
- Assist with managing travel arrangements for Grand Lodge Officers
- Assist with production of publications
- Assist other office staff with performance of regular duties
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment where coworkers assist one another in completing projects
