MSCFV has been dedicated to serving victims of domestic violence across the five counties of Maryland’s Mid-Shore for more than 30 years. Through our Chesapeake Crisis to Self-Sufficiency Model®, we provide comprehensive support including housing, legal services, counseling, and more, assisting our clients on their journey toward becoming self-sufficient survivors. We are seeking an Associate Director to help lead our organization and contribute to our mission.
This is a new position, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape its responsibilities. As the Associate Director, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Director and staff to achieve MSCFV’s mission, goals, and objectives. You will assist in overseeing daily operations, including human resources, grant funding, donor development, and supporting services such as crisis intervention, victim services, and special projects.
