Key Responsibilities Executive & Project Support
- Support the Chief Director in the planning, development, and execution of special projects aligned with PCOM’s strategic priorities.
- Assist in managing cross-functional initiatives, ensuring they align with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Research and draft reports, briefings, and communications to support decision-making.
- Manage the Chief Director’s schedule, including meetings, project deadlines, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and reports for meetings, presentations, and public engagements.
- Conduct research to support the development of special projects, grants, and partnership initiatives.
- Draft correspondence, memos, and reports on behalf of the Chief Director.
- Assist in developing and tracking project timelines to ensure successful execution of initiatives. Baltimore Pride Festival Support
- Work closely with the Chief Director to execute all aspects of the Baltimore Pride Festival, ensuring a successful, inclusive, and financially sustainable event.
- Assist with festival logistics, including permit applications, vendor coordination, sponsorship
- Coordinate with marketing, fundraising, and volunteer teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage communications with corporate sponsors, government agencies, and community organizations
Community & Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the Chief Director and PCOM at meetings, community events, and stakeholder engagements.
- Build and maintain relationships with funders, partners, community organizations, and government
- Work closely with PCOM’s development team to support grant applications, fundraising efforts, and
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, board members, and key external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans, advocacy efforts, and new initiatives.
- Support media and public relations efforts, including crafting press releases and managing
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and outreach for programs and
- Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) for special projects and provide analytical insights.
- Provide reliable transportation for the Chief Director and key stakeholders when needed.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, nonprofit administration etc,.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience drafting professional
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Experience working with LGBTQ/SGL communities and a passion for advocacy and community
