Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic marketing initiatives by collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that align with organizational goals. Track performance metrics and contribute to achieving a 20% increase in audience engagement and awareness year-over-year. Ensure all campaigns are effectively tailored to target audiences and meet quality standards.
- Develop and deliver high-quality marketing materials by creating visually appealing flyers, brochures, and other collateral to support campaigns and partner collaborations. Ensure all materials align with organizational brand standards and audience needs. Consistently produce at least 25 marketing assets per quarter, meeting deadlines for campaigns and events.
- Enhance digital marketing strategies by assisting with website content management, social media, and email marketing efforts to drive a 15% increase in digital engagement year-over-year. Leverage analytics to assess and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
- Manage website and digital media updates by ensuring content is current, relevant, and optimized for engagement. Work with internal teams to update service information, blog content, and landing pages while maintaining accessibility and SEO best practices. Monitor site performance and user experience to drive continuous improvements.
- Maintain brand consistency by ensuring all content and marketing materials adhere to the organization’s branding, tone, and messaging guidelines. Conduct reviews to maintain quality and alignment with the brand identity.
- Collaborate effectively across teams by working closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives. Provide creative input and support for team projects, ensuring a unified and strategic marketing approach.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
- 3 years of experience in marketing, digital content creation, or campaign management.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) to optimize content distribution and audience targeting.
- Proficiency in website design, development and maintenance to ensure optimal SEO.
