What You’ll Do:
- As our Team Lead, you’ll oversee pet care in daycare, lodging, and grooming while leading a team of dedicated animal caregivers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the highest level of care, safety, and comfort for our guests.
- Supervising staff, providing training, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitoring pet behavior and assisting with training and enrichment activities.
- Overseeing facility cleanliness and daily pet care routines to ensure a safe and stress-free environment.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, helping pet parents feel confident in our care.
What We’re Looking For:
- A true animal lover with a passion for pet care.
- Leadership experience—whether managing a team or guiding others in a professional setting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated, dependable, and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in pet care, dog training, or animal behavior (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
