All new RN / LPN's who join our team Full Time before month end and receive a total of $6000 Sign on Bonus with the first $1000 paid after 45 days of working Full Time.

We are looking for a dynamic Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse -RN / LPN to join our growing team!
RN / LPN - Qualifications:
- Current and valid Missouri RN / LPN license.
- Assisted Living, Long Term Care/SNF or related experience a plus
- Experience with Alzheimer’s and dementia is a plus.
- Be a self-starter and able to work independently.
- Experience in staff member relations including training and development.
- Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
RN / LPN Pay & Perks:
- $6000 SIGN ON BONUS for FT nurses; the first $1000 paid after 45 days. Balance paid over the course of the year at 6-9-12 months.

RN / LPN Responsibilities:
- Ensure that your staff are following care plans.
- Chart on all residents under your care.
- Work within the scope of your license.
- Assist in the dining room during meal times.
- Responsible for all nursing care of all residents during his/her shift.
- Supervision of the nursing department and performance of staff assigned to his/her zone or hall including nursing assistants and medication aid.
- Provide education and guidance to the staff under your assigned area.
- Take verbal and written orders from medical personnel and transcribe, note and follow up on the orders and document the nursing notes.
- Continue a professional relationship with the medical professionals of the facility.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
