Position Details:
Pay: Starting at $17 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and leading activities that promote social engagement, cognitive stimulation, and physical well-being
Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one interaction when needed
Support residents in recreational programs such as games, arts & crafts, music, and outings
Work closely with the Activities Director to develop engaging programs for all residents
Maintain a positive and uplifting atmosphere to enhance the residents’ quality of life
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in activities coordination or working with seniors is a plus
Enthusiastic, caring, and patient personality
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
A passion for creating a fun and engaging environment for residents
