Job Description:
As a Deli Associate, you’ll be the heart of our operation, preparing food, serving customers, and keeping our deli running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve deli items like sandwiches, and hot foods for our hot case according to recipes and customer requests.
- Provide excellent customer service with a smile—greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Stock supplies, manage inventory, and assist with light prep work as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience during busy morning hours.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in food service, deli, or customer-facing roles is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!).
- Ability to work early mornings (5 AM start) and stay on your feet in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling food prep and operating basic kitchen equipment (e.g., slicers, ovens).
- Must be 18 and eligible to work in the U.S.
