About Our Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team at MAS ACME USA. As a key member of the plant operations team, this individual will be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing lean manufacturing principles across our distribution center.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2 years of experience in the US are required.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Körber LMS Implementation and Oversight : Lead the implementation of the Körber Labor Management System within the distribution center.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements in warehouse methods and workflows in collaboration with the management team.
- Automation and Material Handling : Explore and implement automation and material handling solutions in partnership with vendors.
- Workforce Optimization : Support workforce planning efforts and ensure effective incentive processes by overseeing the performance metrics tracked through the Körber LMS.
- Continuous Improvement : Apply lean management principles to streamline warehouse processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive cost-effective solutions.
Benefits:
