We are looking to add an Assistant Manager to support or growing business. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of restaurant management experience. If you are hardworking, honest, friendly, outgoing and have a passion for great food and service we would like to talk with you about our available position.

Assistant Manager Requirements

• Two years of full-service front of house restaurant experience
• Two years of full-service restaurant management experience
• A proven track record controlling costs and growing sales
• Ability to identify and develop talent
• Friendly and outgoing with strong people skills
• A desire to learn and grow
• Strong hospitality skills

The Assistant Manager will aid the General Manager in coordinating, directing and planning everyday business operations. You'll help create weekly schedules, order supplies, conduct interviews, train and develop new team members and managers, ensure shifts go smoothly, create a culture of great service, manage daily operations and help set and reach sales and cost controlling goals.
