Core Responsibilities:

- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service

- Create work orders and manage technician assignments

- Monitor employee performance and compliance

- Coordinate part and equipment orders for customers

- Balance customer satisfaction with company efficiency

- Communicate with customers and create invoices

- Prepare proposals and perform administrative duties

Key Qualifications:

- Operational coordination and scheduling experience preferred

- Strong logical reasoning and communication skills

- Customer service oriented with ability to handle difficult situations

- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

- Trustworthy, reliable, and skilled at multitasking

Job Requirements:

- Prolonged sitting, occasional lifting (up to 50lbs)

- Proficient verbal communication

- Manual dexterity for office tasks

- Quick and accurate information processing
