Our Team:
MASAC at Plymouth Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in the Myles Standish Forest, is part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the nation. The CTC is located within a Section 35 facility providing medication assisted treatment (MAT) services for males civilly committed. Our counseling team provides compassionate, high-quality counseling and therapy to patients that are seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.
Your Job as a Clinical Supervisor:
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a clinical team in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) recovery environment. You will maintain standards of professional counseling practice in accordance with clinic policies and procedures. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for directing care of patients, facilitating work flows, and serves as a resource for staff and providing team leadership.
Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Providing supervision of the clinical staff in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) recovery environment.
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic and corporate policies and procedures.
- Monitoring counselor’s compliance with productivity requirements and developing improvement plans when requirements are not met.
- Making staff assignments and creating schedules; updating support staff when changes are made.
- Conducting patient treatment plan reviews as needed.
- Performing chart audits and communicates results of audits to staff.
- Assisting with the recruitment, hiring and training of qualified clinical staff.
- Involvement in crisis intervention and working as a liaison within community as needed.
- Ensuring ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff.
Qualifications
Your Education, Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in psychology, behavioral or social services related field required.
- 2 years minimum of supervised SUD counseling experience required
- Minimum of 1 year full time equivalent year of clinical experience in a supervisory role required
- Prior experience working in a MAT environment (medication-assisted treatment) highly preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
- One of the following is required in the state of MA: LMHC, LADC 1, LCSW, or LICSW
