We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Software Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, with a focus on selling our software solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social selling methods. Qualify leads to determine if they are a good fit for our software products and services.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the customer's specific needs, explaining the software's features, benefits, and ROI.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to execute a targeted sales strategy. Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries, driving the sales cycle from initial contact to close.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their unique pain points and how our software solutions can meet their needs.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, closing deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction post-sale.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure seamless communication across teams and track performance metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, customer support, and product development to provide feedback and improve the sales process and product offerings.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
