Description
A Therapeutic Behavioral Services Specialist (TBSS) provides short term, intensive, behavioral interventions to severely disordered and impaired youth that are leaving or are at risk of being moved to a more restrictive level of care. The TBS Specialist works within the context of a client’s overall mental health treatment plan to help the client and their caregiver(s) address specific problematic behaviors. The position involves working designated shifts under the direct supervision of the TBS Supervisor.
Signing Bonus: Receive the first half of $500 on the first paycheck and the second half after completion of 6 months of employment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and (1) year full-time related experience, A.A. and (3) years related experience.

Valid California Driver’s License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position.

Bilingual Spanish preferred.
