What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Wraparound Facilitator/Care Coordinator position at Masada?
The Facilitator/Care Coordinator is responsible for leading, guiding, and collaborating with the client, family, and team members. A Facilitator/Care Coordinator is expected to exercise professional judgment and discretion in the performance of their duties. Wraparound staff must complete all training requirements per DMH contract within the first year of employment. The Facilitator/Care Coordinator reports directly to the Team Supervisor.
Requirements
Tier 1: $24.04- $29.81 per hour.
Tier 2: $29.81- $31.25 per hour.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Art of Science Degree in Human Services, Social Work or Psychology or a minimum of three years' experience working with high-risk children or youth in either Child Welfare, Probation or Mental Health Systems
- Valid California Driver's License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
- Must have internet, a computer with a camera, and Microsoft Office or a compatible program
- COVID-19 Vaccination and booster (when eligible) is required for this position. Accommodations will be considered with proof of a legal exemption
