MASC Medical Recruitment Firm is seeking a highly skilled Otolaryngologist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As a member of our group, you will be part of a team of Board Certified ENTs who offer state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment procedures for a wide range of services including sinus, allergy, hearing, balance, voice, swallowing, pediatric, thyroid, and parathyroid disorders. You will also have the opportunity to work with a team that provides facial plastics, from aesthetic and reconstructive surgery to non-surgical treatments like injectables and laser treatments.
Our ideal candidate will have an active Massachusetts medical license or be willing to obtain one. A BC in Otolaryngology is required.
Benefits include open base salary plus yearly bonuses, healthcare benefits, 401k with matching, 5 weeks PTO to start, licensing fee and CME assistance, malpractice insurance covered, and partnership eligibility option after 2 years.
