Key Responsibilities:
- Practice Management: Directly manage the Trinity location, ensuring efficient and smooth operations, while maintaining a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
- Staff Coordination: Supervise, train, and support administrative and medical support staff, working closely with providers to optimize workflows.
- Billing Support: Leverage a strong billing background to oversee billing processes and assist with any financial or insurance queries. (Billing experience is a plus.)
- EClinicalWorks (eCW) Oversight: Utilize knowledge of EClinicalWorks (preferred but not required) to oversee the effective use of EMR systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance.
- Operational Improvements: Continuously seek ways to improve office processes, patient experience, and staff productivity across all locations.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track key operational metrics and report on the performance of each location, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with providers and patients, ensuring that patient satisfaction remains a priority.
- Vendor & Supply Management: Manage vendor relationships and oversee supply orders and budget for all locations.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Office/Practice Manager or similar role within a healthcare setting in a Primary Care environment, preferably with experience in multi-site management.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare operations, billing, and familiarity with EMR systems. Experience with EClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with EMR systems is required.
- Language: Due to the patient population, being Bilingual in Spanish is REQUIRED.
