The Healthcare Provider Relations Representative will initiate and sustain relationships with physicians and their respective staff. This role provides and reviews utilization/ performance reports and quality measures/care gaps report routinely with providers and ancillary staff. The overall goal is to promote value-based care. Individual will also provide leadership with intel on strategic market development, identify strategic opportunities through utilization of data and market research.

Individual will also provide leadership with intel on strategic market development, identify strategic opportunities through utilization of data and market research.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare, Marketing, Communications)
- Experience may substitute for minimum education.
- Must have a healthcare background (Medical Assistant (Preferred), LPN (Preferred), or have been practicing in healthcare related to this role.
- Experienced with the healthcare insurance industry a MUST. (HMO/PPO/ACO/Medicare Advantage/IPA)
- Must have experience in driving healthcare business development, physician relations, and/or network development.
- Must develop and maintain relationships with provider network, vendors, and other partners.
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and variance from goals.
- Conducts face-to-face visits with physicians and practices, educates staff/providers on utilization and performance reports, reviews KPI reports, and reviews quality measures and care gaps reports.
- Must be proficient with MS Office i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Healthcare Related Provider Relations: 2 years (Preferred)
- Trinity, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
