Key Responsibilities
- Conduct medical care including physical exams, comprehensive histories, and follow-up evaluations.
- Accurately collect, record, and preserve detailed patient information such as medical histories, reports, and lab results.
- Thoroughly analyze medical records, reports, and test results to identify and diagnose patient conditions.
- Effectively diagnose patients facing multiple illnesses or complex medical scenarios.
- Communicate with patients to explain procedures, test results, and treatment plans clearly.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and other specialized treatments aimed at addressing or preventing illnesses.
- Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes.
