Family Medicine Physician - 4 days - $270k Plus Production

Community based, independent physician organization is currently searching for a Primary Care Physician to join their group. The group is dedicated to providing comprehensive health care services to residents of beautiful and scenic Pierce County (45 minutes from Seattle). Many of their physicians have been serving Pierce County since the early 1980s. They're committed to continuing their tradition of caring for people through high-quality, cost-effective medical care in the South Sound Region.
Compensation and Benefits
- 270k base salary (guaranteed for 1 year) plus production bonuses
- Potenital to earn $300k yearly with production bonuses
- Full benefits package covered by employer
- 401k with a 3% match
- 3 weeks PTO (negotiable)
- CME fully covered and time is paid
