Locum General Dentist - $115 per Hour

New Grads Welcome!
We are seeking a locum general dentist for our Out-Patient Clinic.
Scheduling
13 week assignment with the option to extend up to 6 months
Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Saturdays 9am-4pm
5 days per week, with one Saturday every other week
Part-time is OK
ASAP start
Credentialing Timeframe : 2-4 weeks
Requirements
Procedures : Bread and Butter Dentistry - Fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns / bridges, full / partial dentures. Would prefer implant restoration. Endo preferred, but can be flexible
Active WI license without restrictions or willing to obtain
