Cook / Manager needed for School food service program in the Atlantic Highlands, NJ area. Must have cooking experience, K-12 a plus. Servsafe® certification helpful. Monday through Friday,day day shift, 6.5 hours daily. No weekends or Holidays. Summers off.
Must be able to work in a team setting. Must possess leadership, and computer skills. Must obtain proper documentation to work in schools. References required.
Duties to include : Food prep / cooking
Following recipes
Ordering
Inventory / record keeping
Oversee kitchen area
Manage staff, etc.
