ERP Data Entry Specialist

Maschmeyer Concrete is seeking an experienced ERP Data Entry Specialist to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. The ERP Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for migrating and maintaining accurate data within our systems. This includes inputting and validating master data such as information related to orders, deliveries, inventory, and client records.

This is a full-time, hourly, in-office position located at our Corporate Office (1142 Water Tower Road, Lake Park, 33403)

ERP Data Entry Specialist Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in information systems or data analytics preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role; experience in the construction or ready-mix concrete industry is a plus.
• Experience with IFS is preferred; familiarity with other ERP systems is required.
• Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  
  

ERP Data Entry Specialist Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data in company systems to prepare for migration.
• Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of critical data during migration and ongoing operations in IFS and integrated systems.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies while implementing corrective actions to maintain reliable, high-quality data for decision-making.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, finance, and other departments to execute their data change requests efficiently and in accordance with best practices.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to meet organizational needs.
• Adhere to established company standards for data accuracy and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive company and customer data.
