Work Responsibilities:
- Manage B2B site experience and support D2C website; develop strategies that drive growth of sales and expand client base
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively prospect new B2B clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the product assortments on both B2B and D2C sites as it relates to item data, content, and pricing
- Monitor and track sales data to achieve revenue and profitability goals
- Collect and interpret online sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and actionable insights on B2C and B2B sites
- Optimize online campaigns and promotions and evaluate performance based on sales, conversion, and return on investment
- Analyze pricing, inventory, and product performance to increase profitability and inventory turnover
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of B2C eCommerce assortment as it relates to product data, content, and pricing
- Assist in launching and leading e-commerce marketplaces
Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with an emphasis in eCommerce, marketing, business, or similar field required
- 1-3 years of eCommerce experience and 3-5 years of Sales experience required. Experience working for a B2B organization desired
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of establishing and managing e-commerce marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify)
- Understanding of retail analytics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Demonstrated initiative and close attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Position will require clear communication between cross-functional teams.
- Some travel may be required - up to 10%.
