RN Supervisor
Masconomet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to oversee the operation and quality of care for residents in assigned units. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Department Head to train department staff on new policies and procedures.
- Lead by example, promoting compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Assume responsibility for ordering medications and administering medication according to physician's orders.
- Transcribe, document, and implement physician's orders.
- Collect data to assist in nursing assessments during each shift.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of resident information.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of one year of education or experience in geriatric nursing or rehabilitation preferred.
- CPR certified.
- Fluent knowledge of MS Office suite and other office equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Geriatric nursing or rehabilitation experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
