What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Representative position at Mascot Building Services?
Client Service Representative handles various clients maintenance work orders, finds subcontractors to go do the work, follows-up, prepare quotes, ensure clients happiness. You will stay busy following up on all work orders, checking on emergencies throughout the day, and making sure things are handled in a timely manner. You need to be motivated, focused, take initiative, be able to go above and beyond all while in a family type work environment. You need to come in ready to take control and own these accounts and being able to handle the deadlines. This is a fast pace position. Works with multiple software systems and accounts. Must be able to multi task. Some accounting functions such as billing is involved. Works with multiple accounts and types of repair work. Must be able to talk with people at store manager level to corporate office executives. Some calls may happen after hours.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
