Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and fulfilling customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse organized and clean. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products.
• Pick and pack customer orders, ensuring that products are correctly labeled and packaged for shipment.
• Organize and maintain inventory, conducting regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including sweeping, dusting, and disposing of debris and garbage.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations.
• Provide support for other warehouse-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1 Year prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. (preferred but not required)
• Calm attitude and positive outlook during stressful and high pressure situations.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and hand trucks.
• Forklift License, we can provide training and application for license.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
