To lead our vision forward, Mash is seeking a General Manager, based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this is a strategic leadership role where you will be responsible for driving the growth of Mash’s in-housing business. Initially in Singapore and then across the APAC region—while actively collaborating and leading the internal teams.
We’re looking for someone who can bring substantial experience in marketing operations, recruitment outsourcing, external workforce management and / or in-house agency environments, ideally with a marketing consultancy or technology focus. You’d need to have a solid understanding of nuances that exist within multinational and matrix organizations and have a proven track record of driving commercial growth, building efficient operating models and fostering a culture of excellence in dynamic environments.
This role is designed for an entrepreneurial, results-driven leader who can drive the commercial and operational success of Mash’s in-housing function. You will be directly responsible for all aspects of the business in APAC and will play a crucial role in positioning Mash for long-term success.

The Scope : Growth & Commercials
- Lead the growth of Mash’s in-housing function by developing tailored operational models / solutions that meet clients’ evolving needs, resulting in client satisfaction, retention and account growth.
- Identify, assess and capture new commercial opportunities for revenue growth within current and new accounts, leveraging personal networks, proactive outreach, and other revenue generation streams.
- Develop new operational models and methodologies to reduce operational costs. Always thinking longer term in driving efficiencies by marrying human potential with technology.
- Work closely with the CFO to optimize resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting processes, supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Client & Partnership Development
Lead and manage high-level clients and relationships, work collaboratively and manage the Talent Strategy & Operations Director to ensure Mash’s vision, mission and plans are known to all.Ensure all client engagements are executed to the highest standard, aligning closely with client goals and ensuring long-term satisfaction.Build and nurture strong, strategic relationships with key clients and industry leaders, expanding Mash’s network and influence across APAC.Continuously monitor market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics, adapting strategy and operations accordingly to ensure Mash remains a leader in in-housing.Team & Operational Management
Provide internal team and board leadership and mentorship through oversight of on-the-ground client programmes and projects.Design, implement, and manage operational systems and processes to ensure the efficient execution of the company’s strategy while maintaining high levels of service quality.Champion the integration of AI tools to enhance workflow automation, improve recruitment outcomes, and increase operational performance.Establish and track the agency’s OKRs, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and driving continuous performance improvement within the HQ and on-the-ground agency teams.About You :
Significant experience in business development, operations, and leadership within marketing, agency operations or an RPO model, ideally with in-housing models.Strong knowledge of P&L management, financial negotiations, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables effectively.A track record of scaling operations and driving revenue growth, with a strategic approach to business development and new revenue streams.An entrepreneurial leader with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward operational excellence and business success.Experience and knowledge of building products to automate and productise services to speed up go-to-market strategies for the company and the clients.Familiarity or knowledge within new forms of technology that support workforce optimisation, project resourcing and recruitment to optimize hiring and team-building processes.Strong understanding of how AI and machine learning can be applied to improve efficiency and outcomes in recruitment and team and project management.Ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making, continuously refining processes to optimize performance.Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and influencing skills.J-18808-Ljbffr
