What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar Cleaning Steward position at Mashantucket Pequot Gaming Enterprise?
Under the supervision of the Beverage Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for cleaning and maintaining bars, pantries and pump rooms areas. High School diploma or GED and some stewarding experience preferred. Food sanitation certificate preferred but not required. Must be reliable, dependable, a self-starter, self-motivated and have good hygiene. Position requires constant simple grasping of 25 pounds as well as constant pushing and pulling of 50 pounds. Fine motor hand/wrist movement needed. Ability to spend up to 8 hours in warm conditions and able to recognize smells, fumes and odors.
