What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lounge Host position at Mashantucket Pequot Gaming Enterprise?
Under the supervision of the Lounge Supervisor, the incumbent ensures Foxwoods highest quality standards of Food and Beverage service and product is maintained. Ability to communicate with all levels of management in multiple departments. Must possess a personable, customer service attitude with organizational ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Independent decision-making ability within boundaries of authority. Refined speaking and listening skills. Minimum (2) two years of gourmet food and beverage service in a high volume restaurant, hotel or resort. Must possess well developed customer relation skills. Must be 21 years of age. Tips or Smart Certification and Sanitation Certification are preferred.
