What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Representative position at Mashantucket Pequot Gaming Enterprise?
Under the supervision of the Director of Recruitment the incumbent performs diversified duties supporting the Recruitment and Talent Management Unit as well as other areas within Human Resources on an as needed basis. Screens calls, assists applicants with online application process and proofreads documentation. Administers testing to applicants. Reviews Personal History Disclosures for Licensing submissions. Captures digital photographs, signatures, and fingerprints for prospective employees. High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of experience in Human Resources required. Experience with Microsoft Office software specifically in Word, and Excel applications in a network windows environment is required. Experience working in a high-volume traffic and fast paced environment required. Bilingual (Spanish or Chinese) preferred. Excellent customer service skills required. Must have or must obtain Notary Public certificate within 90 days of hire.
