The Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving business growth by conducting market research, creating compelling presentations, and engaging directly with customers. This role requires a keen understanding of market trends and customer needs, as well as strong communication and presentation skills. It will be important for this individual to have a passion for interactive, social/casual gaming and land-based experience within the gaming industry. Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Gaming organization, professional services, inside sales or sales organization. Three (3) years experience supervising 1 or more team members as a full-time direct report. Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Excellent communication, problem-solving, solutions focused and solid presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and other presentation tools. Experience in customer account management, presentation skills and managing customer expectations. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and be a strong self-starter for projects. Must have the ability to work flexible hours as needed and be willing to travel as required. Must be located the New England region, with a strong preference for candidates in Connecticut. This role is remote/hybrid. Office presence in Connecticut may be required in the future.
