What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Acct Service Rep position at Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation?
Under the supervision of the Pharmacy Manager, the incumbent is responsible for accessing information and answers inquiries from clients regarding their pharmacy payment methods, prescription dispensing status, price quotes, and pharmacy hours of operation. Coordination and triage of various client related inquires and discussion of prescription needs with patients. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Experience in customer-service department a plus; strong computer, communication, and listening skills required (this position involves an intensive training period focusing on pharmacy policies, procedures, operations and customer-service); Certification in customer-service operations a plus; Background involving medical and/or pharmaceutical terminology required; Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) strongly recommended.
