WHAT IS THE JOB?
The Wholesale Assistant works with the Mashburn wholesale division by assisting the sales team in managing accounts, hitting sales goals, traveling to trunk and trade shows a focus on the Sid Mashburn brand. It is a high energy job with opportunities to work directly with wholesale accounts as well as internal design, production, and distribution teams. This role serves as an ambassador for the brand and will develop product knowledge and customer facing skills. This position reports to the Director of Wholesale and is a full-time, salary non-exempt role based in Atlanta.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Oversee sample coordination, working with the sales, design, and creative teams
- Coordinate Made-to-Measure and Alterations at HQ for the Sid Mashburn Wholesale accounts
- Assist with tradeshow and seasonal market preparation and outreach
- Manage the Sid Mashburn order management inputs for both pre-season and in-season needs including style information and customer orders
- Help with the organization processes around Available to Ship (ATS) to drive in season business goals
- Facilitate and support account customer service, including initial orders, reorders, return to vendor orders, and partnership with the warehouse team
- Assist in achieving annual wholesale sales plans
- Contribute to relationship management with major and specialty accounts

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
