All new hires will be paid a $1.00 bonus for every hour worked over their first 90 days.
Mashiso Asian Grille, Inc. in North Olmsted, OH is looking for an experienced grill cook to work primarily weekday morning/lunch shifts. We are located at 24954 Brookpark Rd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
Mashiso Asian Grille is currently seeking to hire a team member specifically for daytime grill. The ideal candidate will be available to work 4 weekday lunch shifts and 1 weekend shift...25-40 hours per week.
As a grill focused team member at Mashiso you will be responsible for preparing just 8 hot food items for service and catering orders, as well as maintaining a clean work area in our open kitchen. Additional responsibilities will include some food and vegetable prep. Experience on a charbroiler a big plus. An emphasis will be placed on consistency and the ability to work at a fast pace when needed .
Experience in a quick service environment is preferred, but not required. Less experienced applicants may be considered for other positions.

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate would have grill experience in a Quick Service environment or equivalent. The ideal candidate will also have an outgoing personality and be focused on customer service and providing a consistent experience to our guests.
